The mission of the California Force Instructors Association is to develop balanced and educated Use of Force Instructors. We do this by providing training, resources and partnering within our regions.
Our vision is that all Use of Force Instructors be competent and accountable to their agency, profession and the communities they serve. These instructors will provide training to front line personnel, who will serve our communities with the level of service we all deserve.
